Product Overview
The KM-2540 and 3040 are single-function copiers that can be upgraded. They are supplied with basic functions as standard and can be expanded according to customer requirements. As such, they can be set up solely as a copying device, or to copy, print and fax documents. They can also be configured to function independent of a network for security reasons.

The KM-2540 and 3040 are ideal for office workgroups. They are copiers that can also be expanded to offer Kyocera print and fax functions. Users can select the additional features they need or enjoy the ease of use of a copy-only machine.

The devices are exceptionally easy to operate and boast a large touch-panel. They have dark-coloured inner paper trays which allow users to easily locate documents and handles which can be used to open and close the paper cassette from the top and bottom. The units are designed with the user in mind, with extremely straight-forward document input and output.
